Thinking Positive - Positive Thinking

Thinking positive is much more then just having a Predominant Positive Attitude, and it's definitely much more than just repeating a few positive words, or telling yourself that everything is going to be all right. Positive thoughts are just a better choice then Negative thoughts. Negative thoughts create unhappy moods and influence destructive behavior.

It takes more then Self Love to treat yourself better. There's a lot of learning to be done. You need to acquire valuable knowledge and information, which takes time and a lot of work, but the rewards are incredible, that's where the Love is. I feel more positive energy now then ever before, mostly because I can now activate positive energy, thus releasing unneeded negative energy from my mind and the body. I'm not saying that I am always happy, it's just that I'm hardly ever sad or depressed. The positive state is the body and the minds natural state, it is the perfect balance of Positive Charge and Negative Charge. So energy flows more freely. Once you learn to control positive energy, it will be with you forever. Forgiveness

Positivity Effect is a term given to three different phenomena. It is the ability to constructively analyze a situation where the desired results are not achieved; but still obtain positive feedback which assists our future progression. When considering people we like (including ourselves), we tend to make situational attributions about their negative behaviors and dis-positional attributions about their positive behaviors. The reverse may be true for people we do not like.[tone] This may well be because of the dissonance between liking a person and seeing them behave negatively. Example: If a friend hits someone, one would tell them the other guy deserved it or that he had to defend himself.

Thinking positive is learning to master your thoughts and learning the benefits of Concentration and Meditation. Thinking positive is learning to disregard and ignore negative thoughts. This is not to say that you should stop asking questions or stop being skeptical, which is totally different. To help increase your chances of staying positive try reading inspiring stories, read Inspiration Quotes, watch an inspiring movie, associate yourself with happy people, exercise, Visualize Creatively, keep learning and of course Smile once in a while because it's just amazing how powerful a smile can be. This is just the beginning...And don't forget to smile on the inside and not just on the outside.

It's more then just Loving Yourself, it's more then just hearing Yourself say "I love you" in the mirror, It's about giving yourself the Love you need by doing the things that you know are good for you. And knowing what's good for you is a learning process. Document what you learn.

Life Quotes

Note to Self: I Love You...in a Non-Narcissist way of course.
Self-Affirmation contends that if individuals reflect on values that are personally relevant to them, they are less likely to experience distress and react defensively when confronted with information that contradicts or threatens their sense of self.

Fill your heart with Love, not obsessive love or conditional love, just love. When your heart is full of love you become more able to handle stress and conflict, more then you would be if you just had a heart filled with Anger, Hatred or frustration. But just the word Love cannot stand on its own or be understood completely by itself. Love is more about the accumulation of Knowledge of the self and knowledge of the world, and the wisdom that comes from it. The feeling of love can be felt by anyone, but the true power of love can only materialize and be sustainable when you are fully knowledgeable of its power and benefits. So you can easily say that love is one of the side-effects of intelligence, and that Anger and Hatred are a side-effect of ignorance, an ignorance that is missing key information and knowledge.

It's more then just changing your Thinking
, changing your thoughts or changing your mind, but that's where it starts.
Of course there's a lot more. And that's where the journey begins. Learning the processes and the mechanisms for positive change is an adventure all by itself. Build your knowledge tool box, for the more tools you have the better your chances will be of fixing those daily challenges that come your way.

Routines and Time Management

What if everything in your life was great and you had no worries, what would you be thinking about? What kind of thoughts would you have? What plans would you make? What kind of things would you be doing? What ideas would you come up with? What kind of things would you dream about? If you give yourself that freedom several times a day to think what ever you want, how would those thoughts compare to the other thoughts that you would normally have during the day? Then ask yourself why those thoughts are so different from each other? Which thought would be the most correct thought to have at that given moment in time? What are you really being aware of? Are these thoughts or is this thinking making any progress? Or are these thoughts just repeating themselves without you learning anything from them? You only read a passage in a book more then once when you don't understand what the passage is saying, but once you understand it you move on to the next page or the next passage. If you don't make progress with your thoughts then it's like never turning the page. If you can't understand something then bookmark that page and come back to it later when you think you figured it out. Sometimes you will find the answers some where else in the book or even from a totally different book. Learning how to read your own mind is the most important aspect of knowing how to read. Passage:  A section of text; particularly a section of medium length. The act of passing from one state or place to the next.

"If you have to keep checking your rear view mirror, you will not see where you're going, so you will miss a lot of things, and you will also crash into a lot of things. Learn from the past, and try not to live in the past."
